Career Discussions consists of the personal action one undertakes to achieve a career plan. The term Career Discussions and employee development need to differentiate at this stage. Skills inventories also reveal shortage of critical skills among employees, which is helpful in tracing training needs.
  3. Career ladders and career paths: Career paths and ladders throw light on career progression and future job opportunities in the organisation. They indicate a career plan complete with the goal, intermediate step and time table for realising the gaol. Usually career path for fast track employees are laid down in the most organisation outlining a series of career moves that these employee needs to initiate in order to reach higher level position.

  • Career programme for special group: In recent years, there is growing evidence reading dual career families developing tension and friction owing to their inability to reconcile the difference between family roles and work demands. Tips to improve your voice clarity and improve public speaking skills.


Focus on your voice


Firstly check you are speaking too slow or too fast?
your voice should be clear so audience and a person who take all can understand.
Most of the people speak very fast during presentation. Maybe this reason of the nervousness.
If you feel yourself speaking very fast slowdown it. Practice with the help of a recorder and you can see 
improving in yourself. you sound natural during you improve your clarity.
Try to use microphone during speech, it can help you to a certain extent.
You can ask the audience sitting in the back side  they can hear your voice. Take  opinion from them and you can
adjust your volume. It does not mean that for every few minutes you should ask them. Try to maintain the same pace
through out your speech.



Develop your English



Person who lack good communication always fail to give good presentation. This communication barrier is big obstacle for every one. More resources are there for improving your language.
